This Summer, I have happily returned to New Hampshire for Seacoast Repertory Theatre's production of "EVITA"! Rehearsals began late June and we opened the show on July 26th, receiving glowing reviews. Performances run Thursday-Sunday through August 24th. Click HERE to purchase tickets online.
This has been a special production for me as its cast, production team, and orchestra features many loved ones and longtime collaborators. I am playing the role of Peron's Mistress and am in the Female Ensemble. I have so enjoyed singing such beautiful music every night, telling an important story, and being stretched as a performer with more dancing than I have ever done before!
In addition to working on "EVITA," I have been teaching private voice lessons to my wonderful singers in Exeter, and doing a bit of work as a theatre camp counselor with the Rep's youth company, Portsmouth Academy of Performing Arts. This past weekend, we wrapped up their Summer day camp season with "A Year With Frog & Toad KIDS". Needless to say, it was adorable and rewarding to watch them shine.
Here's to another 15 shows of "EVITA" and enjoying the rest of this beautiful Summer!
